  • Komline-Sanderson's sludge and biosolids pumping, thickening, dewatering and drying products include: Plunger Pumps; Gravity Belt Thickeners; Belt Filter Presses; Vacuum Filters; and, the Indirectly Heated Paddle Dryer.

    Wastewater clarification using dissolved air flotation or filtration reduces surcharges, recovers product and water for reuse. Komline-Sanderson's equipment is used in industrial and municipal plants for process/production filtration, indirect heat transfer, sludge & biosolids processing, wastewater clarification, and dry scrubbing of off-gas. K-S vacuum filters are used for process/production filtration, clarifying, cake washing, and extraction applications.

    The K-S paddle dryer/processor is used for industrial process/production drying, heating, cooling, pasteurization, crystallizing, and reacting of pastes, cakes, powders, and granules using indirect heat transfer.
